I'm the co-founder and co-host of the KC Multifamily Meetup Group and host of the weekly YouTube and podcast show, "KC Multifamily Minute." As an expert in 1031 exchanges, I’ve assisted out-of-state buyers and sellers from over 25 states in investing in Kansas City multifamily properties.
