𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝘄𝗿𝗮𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗞𝗖 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗽 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽!

T𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝘄𝗿𝗮𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗞𝗖 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗽 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽!

We finished out the year with another great mix of new faces and regulars — probably 50 or so people coming and going throughout the afternoon. I know because I paid the bill. 

And this is exactly why I enjoy these meetups.

 I talked with multifamily investors who are looking to sell properties and find end buyers.

 I met a couple looking to sell their single-family home and use a 1031 exchange to move into a fourplex.

 We had insurance providers and lenders looking to connect with property owners.

 And, of course, just about everyone was talking about interest rates and what they mean for deals going forward.

That’s really what the KC Multifamily Meetup Group is about. No presentations. No sales pitches. No formal agenda. Just investors, owners, brokers, lenders and other people in the industry getting together and talking about what they’re actually seeing in the market.

 A big thank you to everyone who came out this year, and a special thanks to John Wires for being a great co-host and helping make these meetups happen.
